Tasting Notes vary according to the origin of the brandy and the appreciation of the wine taster.

A brandy from Ténarèze will be judged nervy, rich in the mouth, and to have a shorter after-taste, with floral hints of rose, jasmin and plum.

A Bas-Armagnac is softer, fine and dry, with a more woody taste, spiced with cinnamon, fern, traces of violet and occasionally leather.

Lenght in the mouth is generally equivalent to the duration of the deep subtle after-taste.
